Any missing information is likely to cause delay so please make sure to:

  • Complete all fields, taking note of data entry comments
  • Provide sufficient information to ensure Sales can follow-up

Make sure you select the correct campaign dropdown:

  • ISR: New point of sale leads e.g. Hardware, Software, Parts etc.
  • SSR: Services related opportunities e.g. ProDeploy Plus, Solution Design, Services, Projects etc.
  • APOS: After point of sale activities e.g. Warranty & Support renewal / uplift etc.

'Customer Company Name as appears in SFDC' Should not be empty
'Customer phone' should be valid
'Customer Email' Should be valid
'Customer Country' should be selected
'Campaign' Please Select One
'AMS Lead Type' Please Select One
'Dell Affinity ID' should not be empty
'AMS Lead Estimated $ Value (numeric only)' should not be empty
'AMS Lead Description' Should not be empty
'Badge Number' should not be empty
'TSM/ESA Email Address' should not be empty
If submitting multiple leads for the same customer, please wait until the first lead is created in SFDC before submitting another lead.
